• After use, hang the product in a cool, dry place for storage.

If ironing is necessary, iron at a low temperature using a protective cloth.

This process has been established to ensure that products are prepared to high quality standards and carefully packaged.

When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email or SMS containing tracking information. 

Delivery times for these products may vary depending on the carrier's policies and the country where the delivery address is located. 

Orders handed over to the carrier will reach your address within 2 business days from the order date in Türkiye and within 4-6 business days in other countries.

Important Information for U.S. Customers

As of August 7, 2025, a 15% Additional Reciprocal Tariff will apply to all purchases made outside the United States. This fee is set by the U.S. government and collected by U.S. Customs via DHL Express.

Fiora of Dress has no authority to remove or change these tariffs; their application may affect delivery times.

We offer exchanges on purchased products, with customer satisfaction as our top priority. Exchanges are processed under the following conditions:

• The product must be sent back to us unused, in its original packaging, and with its tag still attached.
• You must submit your exchange request within 3 business days of receiving the product.
• You may exchange the product for the same item in a different size or for a different product.

All products in our store are carefully prepared for your order and thoroughly inspected before being sent to you. Evening dresses are designed for special occasions, and each order is carefully prepared according to the size and specifications selected by the customer; therefore, returns are not accepted.

However, returns are accepted if a product is damaged. Damaged products include defective items with stains, pulled threads, or tears in the fabric. In such cases, unused products with their tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 3 business days of delivery. The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs for damaged products.
